With 16 years experience Chef Ziegler presents inspired dishes influenced by French cuisine and created with local produce of the highest quality.
Federico has worked in numerous restaurants and hotels among which the Michelin starred Domaine Des Hauts de Loire in France stands out. Most recently was head chef at La Bourgogne in Argentina. But he confesses that creating Peruvian dishes has been the best experience of his career.
"I love working with seafood, discovering new products of the land and the Peruvian jungle. To create from the raw materials of this land is a privilege, a pleasure," said Federico Ziegler.
