The directions for driving to airport are as follows:
Please take Av. Velazco Astete north direction, turn right and take Av. 28 de Julio (also north direction). Continue to Alameda Pachacutec, Av. Sol firts block. Turn left to Garcilaso Av. One block, turn right to drive up tullumayo Av, round Limacpampa and drive up Tullumayo Av, Turn left one block on santa Catalina Wide Street to finally turn left to Calle Palacio where dthe Hotel is located.
Transfer to Machu Picchu (from Cuzco)
There are a variety of ways to get to Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge:
- By train to Aguas Calientes - allow three and a half hours. Trains are run by PeruRail.
- By coach (or taxi) to Ollantaytambo, then by train to Aguas Calientes. Allow three and a half to four hours
- A regular bus service operates between Aguas Calientes and the Inca ruins where Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge is located - allow 20 minutes.
- By foot along the old Inca trail - allow four to six days.
